  • Our Basic Training package is great for those who thrive on self-accountability and have a solid understanding of their fitness and health journey, including nutrition, recovery, and goal planning. Our Basic Training package is designed for individuals who may not have the time or expertise to create an effective workout program and seek in-person guidance and accountability.

  • Enjoy 1-on-1 coaching in an online format with Coach Sam. We make sure that online coaching doesn’t mean distant coaching with our weekly check-ins to ask any questions about nutrition or programming and get feedback on your progress from the week before paired with monthly realignment calls to ensure we’re headed in the right direction. All of this comes alongside a customized on-the-go program tailored to your needs with exercise video demos and breakdown. This plan is great for the busy individual who is comfortable navigating the gym but looking for guidance and accountability outside of the gym to attack their health goals from all sides.

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with app-access, in-person training sessions, monthly meal ideas, in-app check ins and feedback, and goal planning and tracking. Experience guidance not only inside the gym with in-person feedback, modifications, and form correction, but outside the gym with meal ideas, nutrition guidance, and implementation of better lifestyle habits. Our Luxe Package is for the dedicated individual ready to put in the work and make the changes to lead a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
